2021 International Food Safety Education Forum
During the conference, CFST and Wal Mart food safety cooperation center will continue to cooperate to host the third international food safety education forum, focusing on food safety education based on demand and risk. According to the research on the food safety knowledge needs of practitioners in the food industry carried out by CFST in the early stage, it is found that enterprise managers, producers, R & D Quality control personnel have many needs in establishing a sound food safety management system, determining and preventing food safety risks, good operating practices and key points of cleaning and disinfection standard procedures, factors affecting food safety in food design and methods of food safety evaluation. The forum plans to invite from the national market supervision department, the national food safety risk assessment center Domestic and foreign experts from Louisiana State University, Purdue University, Shanghai Jiaotong University, Wal Mart food safety cooperation center and other units report and communicate in a combination of online and offline.
