On October 9-11, 2021, the "21st China convenience food conference" hosted by China Society of food science and Technology (CIFST) will be held in Beijing Friendship Hotel. With more than 20 years of persistence, the conference has deeply affected and witnessed the honing and regeneration of the industry. For the convenience food industry, the annual "gathering" has become a fixed festival in the industry. This year's conference will focus on the theme of "from trend to advantage", analyze and summarize the innovation and development trend of China's convenience food industry in the post epidemic era from multiple angles.
